When I first was separated from my ex-wife, Arlene, my three kids were all under 10 years old. When Christmas came around that year I knew it was going to be hard — maybe not so much for the kids, but for me (selfish).

"What? You said he'd be gone by 5:45. I'm not just going to keep driving around waiting for him to leave."

Recently, a friend and I went to a bar where another friend, Traci, is a bartender. She just started a new day job and told us how her company sends her to HR (Human Resource) classes, has her watch videos, and basically she finds it very hard to stay engaged.

The Next Voice You Hear

Spent the last week of July this year down in Belmar, New Jersey in the bottom half of my ex-sister-in-law’s two family house. Its a great house, equidistant between the beach and the center-of-town.
